土豆 250g Poatoes
杏鲍菇 150g King Oyster Mushrooms
海苔 1张 One Sheet of Nori
白芝麻 适量 White Sesame
盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Black Pepper

照烧汁/Teriyaki Sauce:
生抽 3大匙 3 Tbsp Gentle Soy Sauce
红糖 2大匙 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
香醋 2小匙 2 Tsp Black Vinegar
姜蓉 1小匙 1 Tsp Minced Ginger
胡椒粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
清水 150ml Water
玉米淀粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
海盐 适量 Salt

Ideas:
1.Potatoes is a should have for this dish. It provides the feel and tastes to the tofu eel.
土豆一定要加,加入土豆质地和口感会更细腻
2. Pan fry in low warmth to forestall burning.
煎的时候要小火慢慢煎,不然底部容易糊
