Enoki Tofu Rolls Recipe | Vegan and Vegetarian Enoki Tofu Roll Recipe



This enoki mushroom tofu wrapped in roasted seaweed and coated in soy garlic sauce is simply what you’ve been lacking! It’s so flavorful and tastes yummy over rice or as a facet dish. You solely want a couple of components to make this addictingly scrumptious recipe!

Enoki Tofu Rolls
Substances:
400g enoki mushrooms
2 blocks silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
2-3 nori sheets
salt and pepper to style
1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 white onion
300ml mushroom inventory
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp coconut sugar
salt and pepper to style
slurry (1/4 cup water + 2 tbsp cornstarch)
garnish with coriander and sesame seeds
