1 tsp blended herbs
1 garlic clove

45g pasta
30g TVP mince (dry weight)

10g chickpea flour (gram flour)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dietary yeast
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to style
