Mac & cheese sauce
*Substances:

1 medium onion
3-4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup cashews ( soaked )
1/4 lemon ( juice )
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp dietary yeast
1 tsp salt
1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne ( relying in your style buds – style as you go)

1 tsp olive oil
